About Denise

In my lifetime (very short comparatively speaking) I have been married, had kids (who thankfully grew up), led countless Sunday school classes, gone to four different colleges and two universities, received honors from two of those colleges upon graduation.  I have worked in retail and nuclear security, as well as 9 years with the police department where I live.

I think I went through a mid-life crisis when I was 41 and decided to change directions and actually do something I enjoyed.  Have I found it yet?  Well, yes I did, but is that the end?  No Way!  I think I’ve given myself permission to change whenever I want to now.

No more being stuck in a deadend job with people who are difficult to work with working around me!   I choose when I want to work!   I choose if I travel, if I want to attend a meeting. If I am tired I sleep in.

I love being self-employed!

So that’s where I’m at today.  I hope you’re out there doing what you want to do too!
