Life is never interesting is it? Hmmm, I would say that every day of my life is interesting! Why?
According to a recent determination I am considered an Analytical Visionary! I know I answered those questions honestly, really! I did! I’m laughing as I write this because most people really do consider me analytical and creative to a fault sometimes.
You see, I am a ‘professional’ organizer who specializes in several different things. Among those are organization of the ‘office of life’ (a quote from a dear person Barbara Hemphill); organization for small to large business owners who just need my help building them a ‘centrally understood filing system(tm); and time management consulting and personal organizing.
Now, I have to say I do a lot more than that. Another blog will be on other things I do, but I will begin with these.
Organizing is a passion for me.
I absolutely love my work. My clients are over the moon with praise when we are finished working together.
So what exactly is it that I do that makes my clients call me back or refer their friends and family to me?
Life is filled with the simple fact that we are so busy living life that we are consistently being inconsistent. Inconsistent with the mail, losing business receipts that could help at tax time, or generally forgetting appointments, not paying bills on time and many other things that take us away from what we truly want to be doing, whatever that is.
What I do is to set into place a system, or more than one system, that will help you to become more productive. By de-cluttering, mainstreaming, and putting into place a filing system that is proven to increase productivity so you can do what matters most. I work with my clients, not just for my clients to help them reach the goal(s) they’ve set for themselves. I create a strategic and progressive plan to get us there.
Many times people become overwhelmed by the daily workload, home responsibilities and social responsibilities that they get to a point where they can not function effectively. Wouldn’t it be tremendous if you had a systematic method for taking care of all those things?
Okay, I can hear the objections. Nothing works for me… I just can’t make the system I have in place work for me… What is different about your system that can help me?…
Honestly, the system I use has been in the marketplace for 27 years, formulated by Barbara Hemphill. Using Barbara’s five step process I help you to design your vision of what you want to accomplish and then we set out to accomplish it using the other steps.
Working together with me, you will have learned a systematic approach to keeping yourself organized with my continued support with accountability phone calls and / or visits.

I really liked what you have said here and perhaps a small version could also be created for those on the fly.
Those of us that love and do war and peace epics enjoy this information……..those that bottom line may not.
I ESPECIALLY LOVED “I create a strategic and progressive plan to get us there.”
And I think a thing that will set you apart from most plans and sessions out there is follow up, in that they have paid some serious money here………what can set you apart……is your follow up. Maybe I can be part of that. So many things out there to get your money…………..and how few are still working days, months, years after you have put it on your credit card?
Good example…..ordering tape series on depression……….450.00……….been sitting on my bedroom floor, listened to some of it……….not all…..not motivated, depressed……..and there is my money sitting on floor paying interest on.
Follow up………..girl………..set you apart for others. BECAUSE YOU CARE!
And that could be another avenue of income…….the follow up part. Yes, additional fee, but so is renewals………and get them week after installed………to keep it fresh and current.
Never hear of follow ups. Always buy the product……….can ship back if not satisified………again……..let me walk with you on this. Support you. Cheer you on. Check in on you. etc.
